Trips involving multiple cities with a return to your home/city of origin: Up to $100 service fee per passenger, regardless of passenger type.
Multi-airline trips or cities with a high rate of fraud: Up to $50 service fee per passenger, regardless of passenger type.
For certain airlines, a service fee of up to $40 per passenger may be charged.
Nearby airport & alternative date: Up to $50 service fee per passenger.
Fusion Fares: Up to $100 service fee per passenger.
Bookings through the customer care center: Service fees for bookings made through the customer care center (including round-the-world or complex multi-stop itineraries) may be higher than those for online bookings. Fees range from $10 to $200, with senior citizens charged up to $100. Premium package benefits are included for Contact Center bookings.

Airline Refunds/Future Credits:
- All airline refunds and future credits are governed by the fare rules, policies, and procedures of the respective airline.
- Service fees for changes, refunds, cancellations, and future credits are applied on a per passenger, per ticket basis.

- Government-imposed taxes and fees may change. You will be charged only the final total amount displayed or quoted by our agent.

Refund Eligibility:
- Most airline tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are only available if the fare rules permit cancellations and refunds, and if your request for a refund is accepted. Refunds may not be processed if you are a “no show,” as such bookings typically do not qualify for waiver from suppliers. Refunds are contingent upon obtaining necessary waivers from the suppliers.
